Our venue rental includes access to the event space, tables and chairs, basic lighting, climate control, restroom facilities, and free parking. Additional services like catering, decorations, AV equipment, and staffing are available through our packages or can be added à la carte.

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. All payments are processed securely.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date receive a full refund of the deposit minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations between 30-60 days receive 50% of the deposit back. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Our main event center accommodates up to 300 guests for seated events and up to 400 for standing receptions. We also have outdoor areas that can host ceremonies of up to 200 guests. Each space is climate-controlled with modern amenities.

Yes! We have separate dressing rooms for both sides of the wedding party, each with full-length mirrors, seating areas, and restroom access. These are included in all wedding packages.

Absolutely. All our event spaces, restrooms, and parking areas are fully wheelchair accessible. We have ramps at all entrances and accessible seating configurations available. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know when booking.

Yes, we have a large, well-lit parking lot with capacity for 150+ vehicles, including accessible parking spaces near the entrance. Parking is always free for you and your guests.

We offer in-house catering with a variety of menu options, from buffet to plated dinners. If you prefer an external caterer, they must be licensed, insured, and approved by our team at least 30 days before your event. A small outside catering coordination fee applies.

Yes! Tables, chairs, and basic linens (white or ivory) are included in all venue rentals. Upgraded linens, specialty chairs, and custom table settings are available through our decoration packages.

Yes, alcohol service is permitted. We can provide bar packages through our catering services, or you may use a licensed external bartending service. All alcohol service must comply with Texas state laws. We do not charge a corkage fee.

You'll have access to the venue from 10:00 AM on the day of your event. For weddings and larger events, we offer early access the day before (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) at no extra charge, subject to availability. All decorations must be removed at the end of your event unless prior arrangements are made.

Amplified music must conclude by 11:00 PM, and the venue must be vacated by midnight. This is in accordance with local county regulations for the North Texas countryside area. We're happy to help you plan your timeline to make the most of your event hours.

We have a seamless indoor backup plan for all outdoor events. Our indoor event center can accommodate ceremonies and receptions with a quick flip. Our team monitors weather forecasts and will coordinate with you 48 hours before your event to finalize the setup plan.
