Terms of Service
Last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Trishul Ranch's website or booking an event with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Venue Booking & Reservations
- A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement and the required deposit are received by Trishul Ranch.
- Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis. A tentative hold does not guarantee availability.
- Changes to your event date are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Trishul Ranch reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
3. Payment & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days forfeit the full deposit. Specific payment and cancellation terms will be detailed in your booking agreement.
4. Venue Use & Conduct
- The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors during the event.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Noise levels must comply with local ordinances. Amplified music must end by the time specified in your booking agreement.
- Decorations must be approved in advance. No nails, staples, tape, or adhesives may be applied to walls, ceilings, or floors without prior written approval.
- Open flames (candles, tiki torches) require prior approval and must be contained in appropriate holders.
5. Alcohol Policy
If alcohol is served at your event, you must comply with all applicable Texas state laws and local regulations. Trishul Ranch may require a licensed and insured bartending service for events where alcohol is served. The renter assumes all liability related to alcohol consumption by their guests. See our Booking Disclaimer for more details.
6. Liability & Insurance
Trishul Ranch is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by the renter, guests, or vendors. We strongly recommend that renters obtain event liability insurance. Certain event types may require proof of insurance as a condition of booking.
7. Website Use
Our website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that pricing, availability, or venue descriptions are free of errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.
